Must-Have Skills

• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, etc.

• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Proficiency with design patterns, domain-driven design, and API gateways.

• Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Strong background in cloud platforms like AWS / Azure / GCP.

• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Familiarity with observability tools: ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.

  • Good-to-Have

    • Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

    • Exposure to OAuth2 / JWT-based authentication.

    • Experience in agile development and leading agile teams.

    • Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS Certified Architect, etc.) are a plus.
  • Soft Skills

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
