Job Description:

Rajshree Biosolutions is seeking a proactive Junior Marketing Executive to join our team in Chennai. If you have a passion for gardening and experience in sales and marketing, this opportunity is for you

Key Responsibilities:

Appoint dealers and distributors for Bloom Buddy garden products (potting mixtures, fertilizers, organic manure, bio pesticides, etc.)

Handle collections post-sales from dealers and distributors to achieve monthly targets

Conduct meetings at societies and distributor stores to discuss product performance

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Diploma/B.Sc in Agriculture or Science graduates preferred / Experience with any degree also welcome
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing of agricultural products (such as organic fertilizers and pesticides) or a similar field
• Freshers are welcome to apply and will be considered if suitable
• Must hold a valid two-wheeler driving license and possess a bike (conveyance provided)
