  • Reduction in Copper cuts all across circle SR Inflow reduction
    -SLA enhancement
    -Lesser MTTR
  • Proactive Copper maintenance Proactive health corrections for the bad quality lines basis and FD reports to reduce the OSP & Wire Center related complaints.
  • 100% Incidences capturing into remedy system To Strengthen the Reward/Penalty towards third party vendors.
    -Strengthen the UGCM Contract
    -Capturing of all trouble tickets into designed systems.
  • Reduction in ERP cases Reduction in ERP cases keeping NEs healthy
    Proactive approach towards NE dechoking
  • Opex & Budget Control  Responsible for Opex & budget control & cost reduction.
