Job Description

The Opportunity

  • Delivery Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery performance across client engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and profitability
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the senior point of contact for clients, supporting expansion and extension selling, and contributing to revenue growth
  • Operational Excellence: Drive KPIs such as Contribution Margin, CSAT, Utilization, Pyramid
  • People Management: Coach and support Engagement Managers (EMs), manage escalations, and ensure high team billability
  • Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to organizational goals like GenAI adoption, sustainability, and cross-functional synergies
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to internal controls, diversity goals, and regional compliance standards (especially in India)
Our Ideal Candidate
  • 15+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing large, distributed engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile/DevOps practices, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and risk management.
