Bar Tender

Position Summary

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable and safe experience. This role requires strong knowledge of drink recipes, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take drink and food orders, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, mixed drinks, wines, beers, and specialty beverages.
• Check identification to ensure customers meet legal drinking age requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, counter, equipment, and glassware.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and notify management of shortages.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and follow proper POS procedures.
• Monitor customer behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment.
• Create seasonal drink menus or specialty cocktails (depending on venue).
• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19, ₹21,000.00 per month
