Roles & Responsibilities -

  • Design, develop, and/or procure necessary tooling while ensuring adherence to project budgets.
  • Create work package estimates and Bills of Materials (BOMs) from engineering drawings.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis for proposed process and equipment changes.
  • Minimize product quality issues caused by process deviations.
  • Lead high-impact process and quality improvement projects that significantly reduce defects and increase cell productivity.
  • Provide engineering support throughout the product development lifecycle, including test plan creation and execution.
  • Monitor progress of all new product introductions, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive NPI project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery of high-quality products.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical & Electronics.
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) within the EMS/Manufacturing industry.
