Role Overview:

We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Search Specialist to help shape the future of SEO and content strategy by integrating advanced AI technologies into our organic growth initiatives. This role will be instrumental in scaling our website's SEO and content capabilities using AI, contributing to meaningful growth in search visibility, traffic, and customer acquisition. 

As part of our search team, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and product teams to drive innovative, data-powered solutions. You will also play a hands-on role in experimentation, implementation, and optimization of AI-enhanced search and content systems. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement future-proof SEO and marketing strategies with integrated AI capabilities to drive long-term organic growth. 
• AI-Enhanced SEO Execution: Drive user acquisition initiatives with a strong focus on AI-enhanced SEO and evolving organic search methodologies. 
• Innovation & Experimentation: Design, execute, and iterate on experiments within AI search platforms; identify emerging trends in AI-driven content discovery and ranking. 
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, and infrastructure teams to ensure AI search strategies are technically feasible and efficiently implemented. 
• Content at Scale: Contribute to the automation and optimization of large-scale content creation and SEO enhancements using AI tools and platforms. 
• Data-Driven Content Creation: Creatively and logically leverage internal and external data to produce high-impact content and SEO-optimized pages across the site. 
• AI Architecture Input: Participate in solution architecture discussions related to AI search and content systems, bringing innovative, user-first ideas to the table. 
• Data Management: Collect, organize, and integrate SEO and user data to enhance AI-powered reporting and content personalization. 
• Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with trends in SEO, AI, machine learning, and organic discovery to inform and future-proof our approach. 
• Quality Assurance: Assist in the testing, validation, and QA of AI-driven SEO features and tools. 
• Team Support: Provide guidance and insights to marketing team members on evolving AI/SEO approaches and best practices. 

Required Qualifications 

• 4+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 1–2 years integrating or working closely with AI technologies in a marketing or search capacity. 
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools applied to content, search, or SEO (e.g., GPT, vector search, embeddings, semantic search). 
• Strong understanding of technical SEO fundamentals, search engine algorithms, and content optimization strategies. 
• Proven experience launching and analysing experiments in SEO, AI search, or algorithm-based platforms. 
• Ability to work cross-functionally and translate between business goals and technical requirements. 
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Looker, etc.). 
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
