  • Oversaw project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prepared and presented reports, proposals, and applications.
  • Collaboration and communication:
  • Liaised with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals.
  • Collaborated with a team of professionals, including engineers, contractors, and project managers.
  • Coordinated with local authorities, legal professionals, and governmental departments on planning applications.
  • Site and compliance:
  • Conducted site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.
  • Integrated sustainable and energy-efficient design practices into projects.
