Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Warehouse Loader/Unloader to assist with loading, unloading, and organizing inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring products are safely handled and correctly placed for storage or shipment.

  • Key Responsibilities: Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers using manual or powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified).
  • Sort, stack, and organize products in the warehouse according to company procedures.
  • Inspect items for damage and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
  • Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly (training provided if needed).
  • Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs or more) repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends if needed.
  • Physical Requirements: Frequent lifting, bending, stooping, and standing for long periods.
  • Ability to operate manual and/or electric pallet jacks (training provided).
  • Tolerance for working in varied warehouse conditions (hot, cold, noisy, etc.).
