The ideal candidate will create and maintain a strong online presence for our company's clients. They will implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts to increase brand awareness. Additionally, this individual will understand the target audience and create an appropriate approach to reach this group.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research target audience and discover current trends
  • ⁠Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's overall marketing goals.
  • Create a strategy, and monthly plan for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • ⁠Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Assist in the development and execution of social media content and designs.
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations to improve social media performance.
  • Strong proficiency in using Canva for graphic design.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools
  • Creative and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
