Bawa Polymers is a New Delhi–based industrial manufacturer specializing in insulating varnishes, wire enamels, and impregnation resins used in motors, alternators, and transformer windings.

With decades of experience in the B2B sector, we are now expanding our digital footprint and developing consumer-oriented marketing initiatives.

This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and industrial brand management under the mentorship of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Assist in social media and email marketing campaigns.
  • Write and develop creative content for blogs, newsletters, and digital platforms.
  • Support sales and lead generation activities.
  • Coordinate for marketing events and exhibitions.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the company's digital presence.

Skills Required

  • Creative Writing
  • Email Marketing
  • Social Media Marketing (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • English Proficiency (Spoken and Written)
  • Canva or similar design tools (preferred)
