We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Channels Controls Administrator

In this role, you will:

Managing infrequent changes to various controls, managing the ongoing amendments to STP automation and Reference data management space. Provisioning Staff Channel Access. Manage DTCS/Data Visa for Digital Group ChannelsUpdate System Loaded and currency tables changes (UAT/Production/ICAT). HSBCnet Cookie controlMaintain Channel / Country / Institution level maintenance, including payment cut-off times, holiday, currency calendars and Payment servicesManage Investiture/Divestiture & migration projects. User ID&V ImplementationsStaff functions (Staff View/HSBCnet) SME (projects, initiatives & Investigations). FI/NBFI remediationRelationship Management Agreement (RMA) /MT101 functionality remediationReview Cross Border Data Restrictions, Staff Role, Toxic combination analysis & Entitlement control. FCC/RC Sanctions screening/OWSRelease/special implementation Project reviews / SDLC Gates, KCTR/PVT profile management & support. Product Control Framework (PCF) and Staff View Template requests fulfillment - PCF analysis and proposition management controls definition and operational implementation

To be successful, you will: 

Building effective senior stakeholder relationships at a global/regional level. Confidence to constructively challenge the agenda to help the business and technical teams deliver in a consistent and controlled mannerProven ability to build strong relationships with Front office, Back office and partner teams whilst delivering a client centric outcomeFlexible to work 24*5 (with weekend support potentially required for testing or incident support)All data requirements (timesheets, leave requests, absence requests and ad hoc process information) is completed and updated in a timely manner.Work productively, professionally and demonstrate ways to improve customer service.Assist line manager/supervisor with managing day-to-day operations and support peers on process if needed.Willing and able to work in rotational shifts as the team requires 18/5 support.
