Job Description

The ADS Claim Process Associate III is a beginner to intermediate level resource tasked with creating new loss reports, indexing documents, auditing, and investigating and settling non-complex claims. Additionally, this individual will handle customer / shop inquiries regarding process, policies, next steps, and paymentKey Responsibilities


• Contacts customers, shops, agreement holders, inspectors, vendors and others to secure necessary files information as needed and directed;

confirms facts and determine additional needed follow-upt


• Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations, and decision-making process


• Evaluates coverage, reviews damage, prepares estimates via discussions with shop, photos and field inspections, secure appropriate documents and

evaluates benefits, addresses rental bills, towing bills, paid bills, receipts, etc


• Index documents and distribute as needed within specified standards


• Completes other tasks as directed by management

Education


• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience


• 0-2 years experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities


• This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)


• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
