Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Security Guard. The Security Guard will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, ensuring the security and safety of people and property. Daily tasks include controlling access points, performing routine security checks, reporting suspicious activities, and responding to emergencies. The Security Guard will also be responsible for maintaining logs and reports related to occurrences on the premises.

Qualifications

• Experience in monitoring and patrolling residential or commercial properties
• Knowledge of access control procedures and performing routine security checks
• Ability to report suspicious activities and respond to emergencies effectively
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of fire safety and emergency protocols
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Prior experience in the security industry and a security certification/license are preferred
