We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Visa Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and clients through the visa application process for countries such as Canada, USA, UK, Australia, and New Zealand. You will provide expert advice on eligibility, documentation, timelines, and ensure a smooth visa application journey from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information regarding study/work/tourist visa processes and country-specific requirements.
  • Handle walk-ins and online inquiries, and provide one-on-one counseling.
  • Assist clients in collecting and preparing necessary documents for visa filing.
  • Stay updated with current immigration laws, embassy updates, and visa rules.
  • Follow up with students/clients for documents and application status.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (admissions, filing, etc.) to ensure timely processing.
  • Maintain and update records of all visa applications and outcomes.
  • Handle client queries and provide effective resolution.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of student/work/tourist visa processes.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi/Punjabi (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
