We are the leaders in providing wellness and nutrition advice and health plans to our clients with the use of cutting-edge technology along with the use of Homeopathy, Ayurveda and Nutrigenomics.
We are 18 centre strong establishment with our areas of operation including the cities of Mumbai, Delhi, and Pune and E-com network with an outreach domestically and globally. We have a workforce of 150 employees who are a mix of the best Doctors, Nutritionists, Sales staff, Corporate staff, etc. We provide advanced Nutrition-based solutions to treat and manage health and other lifestyle conditions.

Role Overview
You will join Health Total, a renowned organization in the health and wellness industry in India, and be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle. This generalist role involves balancing operational duties with strategic support, managing core human resources functions, and fostering a positive and legally compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR & Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy. - Recruitment & Selection:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings on various portals, candidate screening, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified applicants. Requires an "out-of-the-box" approach to sourcing and strong convincing skills. - Employee Relations & Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, address demands, grievances, or other issues, and nurture a positive working environment. - Onboarding & Offboarding:
Oversee the new-hire orientation process and manage the exit process for departing employees, including final settlements and exit interviews. - Performance & Talent Management:
Assist with performance appraisal frameworks, track goals, and support employee development through training programs. - Training & Development:
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs across the organization. - Compliance & Administration:
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems, and manage documentation (offer letters, etc.). - Reporting & Metrics:
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics (e.g., attrition rates, engagement scores).
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education:
MBA in Human Resources or a Graduate degree/higher in a related field. - Experience:
Minimum of 7-10 years of hands-on HR generalist experience. - Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is essential.
- Experience in resolving employee queries and working on various recruitment portals.
- Strong convincing, counseling, and communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi are often required in Mumbai).
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a willingness to continually learn and grow.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
