Role Overview: You will be joining our factory team as a skilled and proactive Merchandiser specializing in Shirts. Your main responsibilities will include managing shirt orders from start to finish, coordinating with various teams for timely delivery, and overseeing day-to-day merchandising tasks in a garment manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities: - Overseeing the entire process of shirt orders - Working closely with buyers, production, and sampling teams to ensure on-time delivery - Having a strong grasp of shirt construction, fabrics, trims, and fit - Maintaining production timelines and tracking Work in Progress (WIP) - Keeping all stakeholders updated - Following up on fabric and trims procurement to ensure availability as per schedule - Monitoring quality standards and effectively communicating buyer requirements - Preparing and maintaining a Time & Action (TNA) calendar - Handling buyer communications and approvals - Resolving production issues in a timely manner Qualification Required: - Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in garment merchandising with a specialization in shirts, preferably in casual, formal, or shirt-heavy brands - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Good understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and trims - Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data management - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced factory environment,
