Key Responsibilities:

  • Close property sales from lead to final agreement
  • Coordinate with clients, sales teams, finance, and legal for smooth closures.
  • Negotiate terms, resolve customer queries, and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and report sales progress.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduation in any field
  • 4+ years in real estate sales or related field.
  • Strong negotiation & communication skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate documentation & processes.
  • Target-driven, customer-focused, and result-oriented.
