Job Summary:

As an IT Product Development Manager at Pristine IT Code, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of innovative IT products. Your role will involve managing cross-functional teams, aligning product strategies with business goals, and ensuring timely execution of product roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor product development teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Product Strategy: Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities in alignment with business objectives.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire product lifecyclefrom ideation and design to development, testing, and deployment.
  • Technical Oversight: Ensure technical feasibility and scalability of product solutions, working closely with engineering leads.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with product owners, business analysts, designers, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and continuous integration.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in product development.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
  • Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and modern tech stacks.
  • Familiarity with product management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, etc.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
