Duties and Responsibilities Tha candidate manages collaboration tools and platforms, integrating AI technologies such as Copilot, Sales Copilot, Copilot Studio, Design Studio, and language models in Power Automate to improve user experience and productivity in digital workplace services. He develops and implements AI-driven solutions for communication and collaboration, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Domain Expertise CoPilot Studio Implementation x
Architect and implement AI solutions using Azure AI, CoPilot Studio, and other Microsoft Azure AI services to solve complex business problems. x
Integration with Microsoft Applications: Leverage Microsoft technologies such as MS Power Platform, Dataverse, MS SharePoint, and O365 to create cohesive AI solutions that integrate seamlessly within the Microsoft ecosystem. x
Utilize a range of Azure AI services (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Bot Services) x
Support CoPilot and Microsoft Fabric onboarding and governance. x
Manage security and access controls within the Power Platform environment x
Support Recertification process of Power Platform including Power BI and Dynamics 365 Salesforce x
Expertise in using Azure GENAI service such as Azure OpenAI, AI Translator, Azure AI Search, AI Agent Service and AI Builder x
Experience with Copilot Studio, Copilot extensions, and crafting agents for SharePoint sites. x
Experience with connecing Copilot to other data sources (ServiceNow, etc) x
Project Experience

Technical / Functional Skills Administer, architect, develop, configure, and support Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform environments including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents), and Dynamic 365 Salesforce x
Enterprise AI Deployments x
Proficiency in AI/ML programming languages such as Python x
product improvement, and participate in pre-release activities and BETA programs x
knowledge in preparing RFO, RCA, Knowledge bank, SharePoint x
Certification Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate x
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert x
Certifications in Microsoft, Google, or AWS technologies. x
Advanced degree in a related field. x

To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases (3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management (6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
