Role Overview: You will be joining Swish Club, India's premier All-In-One Platform for Device Rental and free Enterprise grade security & compliance software for corporate devices. As a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant based in Bengaluru, you will report directly to the Finance Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include managing bookkeeping, preparing Management Information Systems (MIS), and ensuring taxation compliance. This role will require active participation in day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, audits, and collaboration with various departments to maintain regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Manage bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records using Zoho Books - Prepare and analyze Management Information Systems (MIS) reports - Support taxation compliance, including GST, TDS, and income tax filings - Develop and implement SOPs to streamline finance processes - Assist in audits and statutory compliance activities - Collaborate closely with the Finance Manager to ensure smooth financial operations Qualifications: - Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a start-up culture - Experience in Revenue recognition will be a plus - Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory frameworks - Proficiency in Zoho Books and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
