Knowledge in operating and maintenance of the Camps. Oversee Accommodation allotment, Catering Services and proper housekeeping and camp management activities. Maintenance of HSE & Hygenic standards in the camp etc.. Handling Staff / Workmen accommodation schedules. And other responsibilities including the below:

Experience in handling Admin & IR issues in construction industry

General Administration & site mobilization

Strong experience in labour law & various Acts applicable as per industry requirements.

Handling contractors, sub-contractors and union matters

Arrangement of Labour accommodation and basic amenities

Staff Accommodation, housekeeping, transport requirements at sites

Strong Statutory Compliance & Labour related Issues

Liaison with Govt. Departments like labour Dept., PF, ESI & Local bodies

Handling legal issues respective to sites and trade unions

Maintenance of statutory compliance records as per various acts
