Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support end-to-end implementation of SAP RE-FX/REM modules.
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis.
  • Configure SAP RE-FX for lease management, contract workflows, property lifecycle, and IFRS 16/ASC 842 compliance.
  • Integrate RE-FX with SAP FI, CO, FI-AA, and other modules.
  • Manage data migration from legacy systems (e.g., NAKISA) to SAP RE-FX.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud, BW/BI, or Fiori.
  • Provide functional documentation, user training, and post-Go-Live support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX/REM configuration and support.
  • Strong knowledge of lease accounting standards (IFRS 16, ASC 842).
  • Experience with SAP FI-CO, FI-AA, and S/4HANA Real Estate Management.
  • Familiarity with real estate contract management, billing, and space management.
  • Proficiency in SAP Fiori, SAP BW/BI, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, IT, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in project planning, cutover strategies, and UAT.
  • Background in finance or accounting.
  • Multilingual capabilities (e.g., English + French) are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements.
