Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design

• Create intuitive user interface designs and user experience workflows using
  Figma
  .
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Design vector graphics, illustrations, and icons using
  Adobe Illustrator
  .
• Conduct user research and usability testing to drive design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user requirements and specifications.

Frontend Implementation

• Convert design mockups into clean, semantic
  HTML/CSS
  code.
• Develop responsive layouts compatible across multiple browsers and devices.
• Build reusable component libraries and maintain design systems.
• Implement interactive elements, animations, and micro-interactions.
• Ensure designs meet
  web accessibility standards (WCAG)
  .

Video Creation & Motion Graphics

• Create short promotional and explainer videos for product features and marketing campaigns.
• Design engaging
  UI motion prototypes, animated flows, and micro-interactions
  .
• Use tools like
  After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar
  for high-quality video editing.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative video assets for digital channels.
• Integrate storytelling, design, and animation to enhance brand communication.

Collaboration & Quality Assurance

• Work closely with developers to ensure feasibility and consistency of designs.
• Document design specifications, coding standards, and maintain design libraries.
• Participate in design critiques and code reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest
  design trends, tools, and emerging technologies
  .

Professional Experience

• Bachelor's degree in
  Design, Computer Science, HCI, Multimedia, or related field
  .
• Minimum
  3 years of professional UI/UX design experience
  .
• Demonstrated experience in
  frontend development
  and
  video creation/editing
  .

Technical Proficiencies

• Advanced proficiency in
  Figma
  (interface design & prototyping).
• Strong skills in
  Adobe Illustrator
  (vector graphics) and
  Photoshop
  .
• Expertise in
  HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
  .
• Experience with
  CSS preprocessors
  (Sass, Less) and frameworks.
• Knowledge of
  Git
  and version control workflows.
• Proficiency in
  video tools
  like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent.

Design Competencies

• Strong grasp of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Experience with
  design systems
  and
  component-based architecture

• Knowledge of

• Understanding of
