About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Drone Pilot to operate our advanced agricultural drones for crop monitoring, spraying, and surveying. You will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient drone operations in the field to support farmers and enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks of the drone systems.
Safely pilot drones for agricultural applications like fertilizer and pesticide spraying.
Plan flight paths and missions using dedicated software.
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of drone equipment.
Collect and manage field data captured during flights.
Adhere to all DGCA safety guidelines and protocols.
Qualifications (Essential):
10th Pass/12th Pass/ITI Certificate in Electrician, Electronics, Mechanic, or a related trade.
DGCA Certified Drone Pilot License (or willingness to obtain certification with our support).
Basic understanding of agricultural practices is a strong advantage.
Ability to work outdoors in various field conditions.
Good problem-solving skills and a technical mindset.
