About the Role

Vectra's Business Operations organization is responsible for operationally supporting revenue delivery and customer satisfaction across our fast-growing global customer base. To support growth, we are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer who can set up and automate reporting for GTM data. You will serve both as a skilled architect for the data infrastructure and as an analyst setting up business reports and dashboards for the business. You'll be responsible for building and optimizing end to end data pipelines on modern data stack and reporting used by all parts of the business.

What You Will Do

  • Work with large volumes of data to solve complex business problems and provide actionable insights through data analytics solutions
  • Lead the functional and technical design of BI solutions, including user interfaces, architecture, and data processing
  • Establish a data-driven culture by leveraging latest generative AI technologies to build impactful self-serve products
  • Move and transform data from various sources so that it can be easily analysed, visualized, and acted upon by other senior data analysts or business users
  • Deliver data insights and drive for adoption through tools (e.g. dashboards, self-serve reporting), memos and presentations (Tableau etc.)
  • Collaborate with business users and other data analysts across our team to model data and meet business requirements.

What You Need To Be Successful

  • Solid hands-on experience as a BI Engineer, Data engineer, or equivalent
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with reporting automation tools such as Tableau
  • Advanced experience using SQL
  • Some experience scripting for automation in Python
  • Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or Google Cloud
  • Business acumen and experience with one or more functional areas such as Product, GTM, Finance, Marketing, Customer Experience
  • Exceptional verbal, written and listening skills and the ability to bring consensus and communicate with a diverse audience
