Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and professional Driver to provide transportation for both office-related and personal purposes for senior executives and team members. This role will involve driving company vehicles to meetings, events, and errands, while also assisting with personal tasks for executives when required. The ideal candidate should be punctual, courteous, and able to maintain the highest standards of safety and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office-Related Duties:
  • Safely drive employees, clients, and executives to various office locations, meetings, events, or conferences.
  • Pick up and deliver office supplies, documents, and materials as needed.
  • Ensure all office errands (e.g., picking up mail, office supplies, etc.) are completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a daily log of driving activities, mileage, and fuel usage.
  • Ensure that the company vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and ready for use at all times.
  • Assist with loading/unloading office materials and equipment as required.
  • Personal Use Duties:
  • Provide transportation for senior executives to personal events, meetings, or appointments.
  • Safely transport family members, guests, or other individuals as directed.
  • Assist with personal errands, such as picking up groceries, attending to personal appointments, or transporting documents/items to personal locations.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all personal matters related to the executives.
  • Vehicle Maintenance:
  • Ensure regular maintenance and servicing of the vehicle(s) to prevent breakdowns.
  • Handle the cleanliness of the vehicle both inside and out, including washing, vacuuming, and basic upkeep.
  • Report any issues or damage with the vehicle promptly to the Office Manager or relevant personnel.
  • General Support:
  • Provide general assistance as needed to the office team, including running miscellaneous errands.
  • Handle any special requests related to transportation needs with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate with the office team regarding schedules, route changes, or transportation requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience as a personal or corporate driver.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive personal matters.
  • Excellent knowledge of local roads, routes, and navigation.
  • Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and upkeep.
  • Ability to handle basic administrative tasks, including keeping driving logs and schedules.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful or high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to lift and carry items (e.g., office supplies, personal belongings) when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with senior executives or in a corporate setting.
  • Experience with handling both personal and professional transportation tasks.
  • Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • First-aid certification (optional but preferred).
