Site Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out to manage the execution of high-end residential and commercial interior projects from initiation to handover. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site coordination, team supervision, vendor management, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure timely execution of interior fit-out works.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
- Interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications for execution.
- Supervise site team and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Monitor work progress against the project schedule and resolve any on-site issues.
- Prepare and verify daily/weekly progress reports and material reconciliation.
- Assist in quantity estimation, measurement verification, and bill preparation.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials at site.
- Coordinate final snagging and ensure timely handover to the client.
- Maintain clear documentation of site activities and changes.

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
