Job Summary:

  • The Executive Manufacturing (Drag Product Filling) is responsible for overseeing and managing the filling operations of drag products in the manufacturing unit. This role ensures efficient production processes, quality adherence, timely output, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the filling process of drag products to ensure production targets are met with consistent quality.
  • Monitor the filling machinery and equipment for proper operation, perform routine inspections, and coordinate preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the quality control team to address product quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation, and reports for traceability and audit purposes.
  • Optimize resource utilization (manpower, materials, machines) to minimize wastage and maximize efficiency.
  • Train and guide the production team to follow best practices and improve their performance.
  • Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging supplies.
  • Support internal and external audits related to manufacturing and product filling.
  • Ensure workplace safety standards are maintained and promote a clean and organized work environment.
