Associate Team Lead – PHP Developer (Themes & Tools Lead)

Base Pay: ₹3.5 L + Performance Pay (Opportunity to make ₹10 L in Year 1 post-probation)

Location: In-Office (Hyderabad)

You'll lead the creation of high-impact themes, tools, and custom solutions for BDGrowthSuite (our dedicated BD-focused division). This is not a maintenance role — it's a build, launch, and win role.


What You Will Do

Lead Ideas to Launch: Take ownership from concept to copy, from feature set to polished launch.

Full Project Ownership: Handle development/implementation from assignment to final client 5-star review.

Velocity Growth: Achieve 2x output by Month 6, and 2x again by Month 10.

Deliverables:

20+ Themes (400+ pages)

100+ Micro Tools/Services

20+ Solutions Development (500 story points) or equivalent client projects

Client Interaction: Confidently lead Zoom calls, understand client vision, and deliver beyond expectations.

Collaborate with internal designers, developers, and strategists to ensure world-class output.


Must-Have Skills

Technical: PHP, Advanced PHP concepts, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap 3, JavaScript, AJAX, REST APIs, JSON

AI Advantage: Ability to optimally use AI to speed up development and ideation

Communication: Excellent written and spoken English (97% of clients are in US/UK)

Mindset: Self-motivated, problem-solver, takes full ownership

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in web development, with proven track record

Bonus: Experience developing at least 2 platforms with 1L+ active users each


What We Offer

Total Income of 10Lakhs.

Base Pay: ₹3 5 Lakhs

Performance Pay: Up to ₹6.5 L (2x of base pay) for hitting/exceeding goals, it's not linked to revenue, but output.
