About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with mandatory FinTech domain experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in building and maintaining scalable web applications used in the financial technology sector. You will be responsible for developing secure, high-performance systems involving transaction management, payment integrations, and real-time financial data processing.

  • This is a full-time on-site position in Mumbai, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy full stack applications for FinTech platforms.

  • Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.

  • Build responsive user interfaces using Angular or

  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams to deliver quality software within timelines.

  • Write clean, optimized, and maintainable code with proper documentation.

  • Ensure security, scalability, and performance of financial applications.

  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and participate in code reviews.

  • Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint goals.

Technical Skills Required

Backend :

  • Strong experience in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA, and REST APIs.

  • Exposure to microservices architecture and API design.

  • Good understanding of Relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

  • Experience with Maven/Gradle, JUnit/TestNG, and Git.

Frontend :

  • Proficient in Angular or

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

  • Experience in building responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.

Additional Skills (Preferred) :

  • Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud services.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

  • Familiarity with Kafka/RabbitMQ for messaging.

  • Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, or container-based deployment.

Domain Expertise (Mandatory) :

  • FinTech experience is mandatory.

  • Strong understanding of financial products, payment systems, digital wallets, or lending solutions.

  • Knowledge of financial data security, encryption, and compliance frameworks.

  • Exposure to banking APIs, payment gateway integrations, or transaction systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

  • 3-4 years of experience as a Java Full Stack Developer.

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in FinTech projects (mandatory).
