Bulk Hiring: Handle high-volume recruitment like a pro.
Inside Sales Recruitment: Find and bring in top sales talent thats a perfect fit for our business.
End-to-End Recruitment: From sourcing to offer negotiation, youll own the process.
Metrics & Reporting: Keep track of hiring success and drive process improvements.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver top-notch results.
Preferred candidate profile
2-5 years of recruitment experience in bulk hiring and inside sales.
Exceptional communication skills – you can talk to anyone and everyone.
Proficiency in ATS (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Sales savvy – understanding the ins and outs of inside sales is key
Time Management & Negotiation Skills – you'll keep everything on track and handle offers like a pro.
