KRA1 Planning

• Preparing budget for jobs
• Plan the sequence of assignments for execution
• Plan for upcoming requirement of infrastructure
• Embedding safety culture through use of PPEs and safe work processes to minimize safety incidents and eliminate accidents.

KRA2 Operational Excellence

• Monitoring civil work identified under Upliftment project
• Undertaking civil work planned under CAPEX to meet requirements of the plant
• Ensuring optimum deployment and utilization of resources (manpower, materials, equipment)

KRA3 Budgetary Controls

• Completing civil work within budgeted cost by controlling consumption and cost of material and services
• Giving inputs for substitution of service provider, if not found cost effective, without compromising quality and durability.

KRA4 Compliances

• Monitoring all activities and ensuring compliance with HSE norms and provisions of the Integrated Management System and appropriate documentation, where applicable
• Ensuring that all service providers and vendors for bulk material such as cement and steel, comply with the relevant statutory provisions with respect to manpower, equipment, materials and processes
• Embedding safety culture by influencing service providers to use PPEs and follow safe work processes to minimize safety incidents and eliminate accidents.

• Ensuring good housekeeping in areas under civil work
• Minimizing response time for all internal customer queries

KRA6 Sustainability and Systems Improvement

• Ensure better infrastructure facilities in place
• Partnering in creation and maintenance of green belts

KRA7 People development and engagement

• Ensuring optimum deployment and productivity of manpower
• Monitoring training of team members to enhance technical competencies, improve behavioral effectiveness and embed a culture of safety and energy conservation
