KRA1 Planning
- Preparing budget for jobs
- Plan the sequence of assignments for execution
- Plan for upcoming requirement of infrastructure
- Embedding safety culture through use of PPEs and safe work processes to minimize safety incidents and eliminate accidents.
KRA2 Operational Excellence
- Monitoring civil work identified under Upliftment project
- Undertaking civil work planned under CAPEX to meet requirements of the plant
- Ensuring optimum deployment and utilization of resources (manpower, materials, equipment)
KRA3 Budgetary Controls
- Completing civil work within budgeted cost by controlling consumption and cost of material and services
- Giving inputs for substitution of service provider, if not found cost effective, without compromising quality and durability.
KRA4 Compliances
- Monitoring all activities and ensuring compliance with HSE norms and provisions of the Integrated Management System and appropriate documentation, where applicable
- Ensuring that all service providers and vendors for bulk material such as cement and steel, comply with the relevant statutory provisions with respect to manpower, equipment, materials and processes
- Embedding safety culture by influencing service providers to use PPEs and follow safe work processes to minimize safety incidents and eliminate accidents.
KRA5 Customer centricity
- Ensuring good housekeeping in areas under civil work
- Minimizing response time for all internal customer queries
KRA6 Sustainability and Systems Improvement
- Ensure better infrastructure facilities in place
- Partnering in creation and maintenance of green belts
KRA7 People development and engagement
- Ensuring optimum deployment and productivity of manpower
- Monitoring training of team members to enhance technical competencies, improve behavioral effectiveness and embed a culture of safety and energy conservation
