Job Description:

Experience:4-10 years

  • The incumbent should have a sound knowledge of International Codes & Standards and General I&C Engineering.
  • Preparation of Instrument Index and I/O list
  • Sizing and Selection of suitable instruments based on application requirement. Knowledge on various type of instruments and their application limitation
  • Preparation of Instrumentation data sheet for all type of field instruments, Control valves and actuated on-off valves
  • Preparation of control system vendor scope for modification and upgrade
  • Preparation of Material Requisition, Supplier document list
  • Evaluation of vendor quotation and preparation of technical bid evaluation and recommend for PO.
  • Review of Post order supplier documents and distribute to relevant disciplines to get the IDC and collate and return to supplier and approve the documents on time
  • Liaising with Process, Piping, Structural , electrical and THSE for the required input
  • Guide the designers for the preparation of Instrumentation drawings
  • Prepare and Check all Instrument drawings / documents and ensure that the quality of design and drawings produced for enquiry and fabrication purposes is of satisfactory standard
  • Experience in detailed engineering of offshore brownfield projects

Skills / Qualifications:

  • 8+ Years experience in EPC / FEED projects for Oil and Gas Industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Control and Instrumentation
  • Should Poses good communication and Interpersonal Skill
  • Experience in SPI, AVEVA Instrumentation, Smart plant review, ConVAL, Instrucal
