Position Title: Management Representative (MR)

Department: Quality / QMS

Reports To: CEO / Managing Director

Role Purpose

The Management Representative (MR) is responsible for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with AS9100 standards. The MR acts as the primary liaison between top management, external certification bodies, regulatory authorities, and customers to ensure adherence to aerospace quality and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Management System (QMS) Compliance
• Ensure implementation and maintenance of the AS9100 Quality Management System across all departments.
• Plan, conduct, and monitor internal audits, management reviews, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with external auditors (certification bodies, customer audits, regulatory audits).
• Leadership & Coordination
• Represent top management on QMS matters.
• Promote awareness of customer requirements and regulatory standards throughout the organization.
• Support department heads in achieving quality objectives aligned with business goals.
• Documentation & Control
• Maintain QMS documentation, procedures, and records in compliance with AS9100.
• Oversee document control and revision management for policies, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Customer & Regulatory Interface
• Act as the point of contact for customer quality representatives.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards, contractual obligations, and statutory/regulatory requirements.
• Continuous Improvement
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality and compliance.
• Lead initiatives for risk management, root cause analysis, and preventive action.
• Drive continual improvement culture in quality processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Aerospace / Industrial preferred).
• Experience:
• Minimum 5–10 years in Quality Management in aerospace/precision manufacturing.
• Proven experience as MR / QMS coordinator in an AS9100-certified company.
• Certifications (preferred):
• AS9100 Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor.
• Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, NADCAP, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in audit management, risk-based thinking, and corrective/preventive action methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
