Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement engaging lesson plans for preschool children aged 18 months to 6 years.
  • Develop curricula based on Montessori principles, incorporating child psychology and developmental needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and performance.

  • Create a nurturing environment that fosters social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth of students.

  • Diploma / certificate in nursery teacher training .

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-5 years of experience as a teacher or educator in early childhood education (pre-primary).
  • Strong understanding of child psychology and child development theories.
  • Excellent classroom management skills with ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with young children, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
