Occupational Therapist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify children's strengths, needs, and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices such as Sensory Integration, Handwriting without Tears, and other occupational therapy techniques.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to promote child development and independence.
• Collaborate with parents/caregivers on strategies for home programming and parent training.
• Maintain accurate records of progress notes, reports, and billing documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT) or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 0-5 years of experience working with children aged 1-12 years old.
• Strong understanding of child psychology, child development, and developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
