Job Summary:

We are looking for a sincere and detail-oriented Accounts / Commercial Trainee to join our Finance team. The candidate will assist in accounting operations, taxation (GST, TDS), billing, and documentation under the guidance of senior team members. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who wish to build a career in accounting and taxation within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP / SAP or other accounting software.
  • Support in GST return filing, input reconciliation, and maintaining proper tax records.
  • Help in preparing vendor bills, purchase orders, and commercial documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for bill processing and payment follow-ups.
  • Assist in TDS calculations, challans, and other statutory compliances.
  • Maintain records of invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents for audits.
  • Support the senior accountant in preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Learn and adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.

Qualification:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of Accounting Principles, GST, and TDS is essential.
  • Knowledge of Tally ERP, Excel, and MS Office preferred.

Skills Required:

  • Good knowledge of accounting and taxation fundamentals.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to learn and work under supervision.
  • Analytical mindset and a sense of responsibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9, ₹10,000.00 per month
