Join us on our journey to shape the future with AI.Job Description : We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to streamline our operations and enhance our delivery pipeline. This role requires a mix of technical skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for solving complex problems in dynamic environments. Minimum Qualification : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience Range : 8 to 10 years. Primary Skills : AWS, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, Knative (Preferred). Secondary Skills : Prometheus, Grafana, Kafka, GitOps.

Work Location : Coimbatore. Must-Have Skills :

• Proven experience (5 years) in implementing and managing Kubernetes clusters in production.
• Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, including infrastructure and networking configurations.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Proficiency in containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of monitoring & alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
• Software development experience in an object-oriented programming language such as Java, TypeScript, or .

NET.

• Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation and infrastructure management.
• Experience in event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and GitOps workflows.
• Understanding of load balancing and networking concepts to optimize application performance.

Good to have skills :

• Experience with Serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Fargate).
• Exposure to AI Ops & auto-healing systems.
• Experience with Edge Computing (Cloudflare Workers, AWS ).
• Knowledge of Chaos Engineering for resilience testing.

Roles and Responsibilities : Kubernetes Cluster Management :

• Design, implement, and maintain highly available Kubernetes clusters in production and development environments.
• Manage and orchestrate containerized applications using Helm, kubectl, and Knative (if applicable).
• Ensure scalability, security, and high availability of Kubernetes clusters and cloud infrastructure.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & Automation :

• Develop and automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform on AWS to maintain consistency and efficiency.
• Automate system configurations, deployments, and operational tasks using Ansible, including writing, testing, and deploying complex Ansible playbooks and roles.

Monitoring & Performance Optimization :

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Kubernetes clusters using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Implement logging, tracing, and alerting mechanisms to ensure high availability.

CI/CD & GitOps Practices :

• Implement GitOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Jenkins to streamline deployment processes.
• Ensure seamless integration of DevOps best practices to support development teams and improve system reliability.

Event-Driven Architectures & Security :

• Work with Kafka and other event-driven technologies to optimize data streaming and messaging workflows.
• Implement security best practices, including RBAC, IAM policies, TLS encryption, and secrets management.
