    who can craft experiences that users will love.

What You'll Do

  • Research & Understand Users:
    Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
  • Design User Journeys:
    Build wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to map out user flows.
  • Craft Clean Interfaces:
    Design visually appealing, functional, and consistent UI components for web and mobile.
  • Collaborate Closely:
    Work with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to bring designs to life.
  • Iterate & Improve:
    Continuously refine designs based on usability testing and data-driven insights.
  • Maintain Design Consistency:
    Establish and manage a design system for RankRizers to ensure visual and UX consistency across all screens.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (portfolio required).
  • Strong skills in
    Figma
    ,
    Adobe XD
    , or other design tools.
  • Experience designing for
    web apps
    and
    mobile-first platforms
    .
  • Knowledge of
    responsive design principles
    and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to think critically about user flows and reduce friction.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a startup environment.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with
    no-code tools
    (e.g., Webflow) or
    basic front-end knowledge
    (HTML, CSS).
