Job Title: Fabrication Supervisor

Location: Metoda GIDC, Rajkot – 360021, Gujarat

Salary: ₹3 – 5 LPA (based on profile and experience)

Working Days: Thursday to Tuesday

Working Hours: 9 AM – 8 PM

Job Description:

We are hiring a Fabrication Supervisor to oversee welding, fabrication, and shopfloor activities. The candidate should ensure production quality, manage manpower, and maintain safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise fabrication and welding processes
  • Manage shopfloor manpower and production output
  • Ensure quality checks (QA/QC) and testing standards
  • Maintain machines and ensure safety compliance
  • Implement efficient fabrication systems and workflows

Requirements:

  • Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in fabrication and shopfloor management
