Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative Influencer/Content Creator & Social Media Optimization (SMO) Specialist to develop impactful content, strengthen our digital presence, and drive engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling ability, excellent trend awareness, and hands-on experience in managing and optimizing social media channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation

  • Produce high-quality visual and written content for social media platforms, including reels, short-form videos, graphics, and posts.
  • Develop engaging scripts, captions, and creative concepts aligned with brand identity.
  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure all content maintains consistency in branding, tone, and messaging.

Influencer & Collaboration Management

  • Identify relevant influencers and content partners for brand campaigns.
  • Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, collaboration briefs, and deliverables.
  • Monitor influencer-generated content to ensure brand guidelines are met.
  • Track and report performance of influencer activities.

Social Media Optimization (SMO)

  • Optimize social media profiles for visibility, follower growth, and audience engagement.
  • Conduct hashtag, keyword, and competitor research to enhance reach.
  • Analyze insights and metrics to refine strategies, improve performance, and meet KPIs.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, emerging trends, and industry best practices.

Community & Brand Engagement

  • Manage comments, messages, and audience interactions to build strong community engagement.
  • Encourage user-generated content (UGC) and maintain positive brand perception.
  • Support brand-building initiatives across digital platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Influencer, or Social Media Specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and related platforms.
  • Proficiency in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro) and graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of visual storytelling.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement strategic improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing influencer campaigns or brand collaborations.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media SEO, and content strategy.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a creative environment.
