Job ObjectiveSupport the sales team by ensuring all relevant tenders are searched and processed on time. Facilitate business development, sales and relationship management initiatives. Develop yourself as a trusted source of information for tender searches, while also collecting, processing and analyzing sales data.

Enhance team coordination and communication to improve overall sales performance. ExecutionPrepare and update the list of authorized tender portals globally. Ensure timely registration and updates on these tender portals and related websites.

Understand the product portfolio to effectively search for relevant tenders. Build and maintain a tracking mechanism to regularly check tender portals for new notices. Assist RSTs in translation of tender notices to determine relevance to the product portfolio.

Create and upload pre-info based on tender notice details and assign to the sales and bid management teams. Upload and email tender documents to stakeholders as they become available on the tender portal. Inform the sales team about tender extensions, bid openings, or cancellations as received from Tender Portal.

Prepare and present reports on the number of tenders searched and pre-info generated. Assist Senior Sales Executive in identifying, collecting and cleaning data for analysis. Leverage CRM and Business Central systems to collect and analyse sales data.

Assist the Sales Operations Team in preparing sales reports to identify trends and patterns and prepare data analysis across regions, product verticals, and categories. Job SpecificationsQualificationMin. qualification required

Bachelor's degree in commerce or any other discipline

Prior experience in sales, data analysis or a related field

Relevant ExperienceMin. no. of years of relevant experience required3 to 5 years in a similar role
