About the Hiring Company

Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing Digital Marketing & Development Agency offering services across website design, development, SEO, content marketing, social media, and paid campaigns. They are results-driven, innovative, and work with clients across industries and geographies.

They are now looking to onboard a skilled SEO Specialist who can independently manage SEO for both in-house websites and diverse client projects.

Role Overview

The SEO Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end SEO management—covering on-page, off-page, technical SEO, local SEO, eCommerce SEO, and emerging SEO practices (AI-driven & GEO/AEO optimization). The ideal candidate will be data-driven, results-focused, and capable of handling multiple projects with structured reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for in-house and client websites.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis.
• Implement on-page SEO (meta tags, structured data, keyword optimization, content strategy).
• Manage technical SEO (audits, crawl issues, Core Web Vitals, site architecture, schema, hreflang).
• Build high-quality backlinks through link-building & email outreach campaigns.
• Execute local SEO strategies (Google Business Profile, citations, reviews, local keywords).
• Manage eCommerce SEO (product optimization, schema, CRO-focused strategies).
• Explore traffic growth from AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Bard, voice search, AEO).
• Track KPIs and deliver weekly/biweekly/monthly/quarterly reports to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in SEO with measurable results.
• Strong knowledge across all SEO domains: on-page, off-page, technical, local, GEO/AEO, and eCommerce SEO.
• Proficiency with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, GSC, Surfer SEO, etc.
• Ability to handle projects independently and end-to-end.
• Good communication skills for client reporting & coordination.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento) is an added advantage.
