Required PRODUCTION INCHARGE for a leading Food Industry in and around Srirangapatna. Just 5 kms away from Mysore City.

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Need to have sound knowledge in the field Food and Beverages Industry.

2. Experience: Must have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in the Food Industry with BRC Audit, HACCAP and other Certification knowledge.

3. Technical skills: Proficiency in food production processes, understanding of manufacturing technology (e.g., Lean Manufacturing), and experience with production documentation and software.

4. Management skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with experience in managing budgets and setting targets.

5. Knowledge: A thorough understanding of food safety, quality control standards, and relevant industry regulations.

6.Personal attributes: Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Production oversight: Achieving daily and monthly production targets and ensuring the efficient utilization of resources.
• Quality control: Conducting quality checks to ensure adherence to product standards and regulatory requirements.
• Staff and Resource Management: Overseeing and motivating a production team, delegating tasks, and managing the production schedule.
• Machine maintenance: Coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is running smoothly and efficiently.
• Compliance and documentation: Adhering to food safety regulations, managing production records, and ensuring all processes meet organizational policies and legal requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,281.32 per month
