Role Overview

Calling all math whisperers with a flair for puzzles: help bright middle school minds in Sahakar Nagar turn Why? into Aha through offline Olympiad coaching that blends crisp rigor with just the right dash of quirky curiosity.

What Youll Do

  • Plan and deliver high-energy sessions on number theory, combinatorics, algebra, and geometry aligned to contests like PRMO/RMO, SASMO, and similar.
  • Design weekly drills, mock tests, and review cycles; track progress with clear rubrics and feedback.
  • Turn tough problems into engaging, collaborative challenges that build stamina, curiosity, and grit.
  • Curate problem sets; scaffold hints and multiple solution paths; assign purposeful after-class practice.
  • Share concise updates with parents; coordinate schedules and goals with the program team.

Good-to-Have

  • Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE/IB and the ability to bridge to Olympiad depth.
  • Experience designing mini-curricula, worksheets, and challenge ladders for mixed-ability cohorts.
  • Experience running mock Olympiad labs or peer problem-solving circles.
