What you'll build:

As Operations specialist you are responsible for:

• Developing and implementing reports for continuous improvement in Cloud operations and System performance.
• Monitoring system performance and conducting regular performance analysis to identify areas for optimization.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any operational issues or system errors in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of SAP systems with business requirements.
• Developing best practices for system operations and management.

What you'll build:

• 5 year work experience in administration and analytics.
• 3 year experience in service delivery in global teams.
• Extensive experience in popular reporting platforms including MS Excel and working with large datasets.
• Basic hands-on experience in one or more analytical tools.
• Proficiency in performance analysis and optimization.
• Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Continuous learning and adaptability to new technologies.
