Job Description MERN Fullstack Developer

Position: Fullstack Developer (MERN)

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Location: Noida Sector 63 (On-site )

Frontend ):

Languages: TypeScript, JavaScript

Validation: Zod

Forms: Formik or similar libraries

State & Data: Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand

API Handling: React Query or similar
• Axios (including interceptors)

Architecture: Custom hooks for code quality
• Code splitting

Error Handling: Error boundaries
• fallback UI patterns

Performance: Caching strategies
• lazy loading
• memoization

Frameworks & Tooling: CRA, Vite, familiarity

Optional: HTML, CSS fundamentals

Backend + Express):

ORM & DB: Mongoose (MongoDB)
• Sequelize (PostgreSQL)

Validation: Zod
• Joi

Real-time: Socket.IO (must)
• WebSockets (optional)
• WebRTC/Agora familiarity

Push Notifications: Firebase, APNs, etc.

Cloud: AWS basics EC2, S3, IAM

Version Control & Deployment: Git
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI)

Responsibilities:

Build scalable fullstack MERN applications:


• Develop REST APIs & real-time features


• Design schemas with Mongoose/Sequelize


• Implement push notifications & integrate AWS services


• Develop performant React frontends with modern state/data tools


• Ensure robustness with validation, error boundaries & caching


• Optimize deployments with Git & CI/CD


• with design and backend/frontend teams

Nice to Have:

Microservices
• Docker
• GraphQL/tRPC
• Tailwind/CSS-in-JS
• Testing (Jest, RTL)
• SaaS scaling experience
