Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor at Narayanam Hotel, located in Gwalior. The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality customer service and customer satisfaction, managing food and beverage provision, and coordinating with the kitchen staff. The role will also involve handling customer complaints and inquiries effectively, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and ambiance of the restaurant.

• Supervisory Skills for managing staff and ensuring efficient operations
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills for handling guest interactions
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with staff and customers
• Food & Beverage knowledge to oversee food services and ensure quality standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality management is an asset
