Key Responsibilities

  • Housekeeping & Maintenance
  • Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms.
  • Ensure that all office equipment and furniture are clean and properly arranged.
  • Hospitality & Support
  • Serve tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms, arranging chairs, and preparing materials.
  • Clerical & Administrative Support
  • Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents.
  • Distribute incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
  • Assist in purchasing and stocking office supplies.
  • Errands & Miscellaneous Duties
  • Run office-related errands such as going to the bank, post office, or vendor offices.
  • Support administrative staff with simple tasks as and when required.
  • Report any maintenance issues to Admin/HR.
